CDS Manual Lathe
The machine features a modern squared-off design with wide-set front and rear legs. The bed guideways undergo high-frequency surface quenching and precision grinding, achieving a hardness of 50 HRC. Gears in the headstock receive high-frequency tooth quenching and precision gear grinding, reaching Grade 6-7 accuracy.

CDS Series
The machine is capable of machining materials such as steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials. Components processed on this machine can achieve dimensional accuracy up to IT7 grade and surface roughness up to Ra 1.6 μm.
