CWE Metal Lathe
Genertec Dalian Machine Tool, in collaboration with the world-renowned UK-based 600 Group, has developed the user-friendly CW-E series of next-generation conventional lathes. The machine features a modern squared-off design with wide-set front and rear legs for enhanced stability. Its bed undergoes high-frequency surface quenching and precision grinding, achieving a hardness of 50 HRC.

CWE Series
The headstock gears undergo high-frequency tooth quenching and precision gear grinding, achieving Grade 7 accuracy. Components machined on this equipment can attain dimensional accuracy up to IT7 and surface roughness of Ra 1.6 μm.
