The DT-50HSY is a fully functional turning center manufactured by our company, featuring four-axis simultaneous movement and semi-closed loop control. Its monoblock cast bed with transverse guideways at a 70° inclination ensures high rigidity. The carriage and tailstock slide utilize linear guides, delivering low friction coefficients and optimized dynamic performance.

The machine employs the Mitsubishi M80A4 CNC system (or other high-quality domestic and international systems) with AC servo drives, ensuring user-friendly operation and reliable performance. Both the main and sub-spindle utilize high-power, high-torque, and high-speed servo spindle motors. It is capable of performing various turning operations on shaft-type and disc-type workpieces within φ440 mm.
