The VDU650 is a self-developed 5-axis vertical machining center created by Genertec Group Dalian Machine Tool Co., Ltd., based on modular, standardized, and serialized design principles. The machine adopts an improved gantry-style three-coordinate structure combined with a dual-axis composite rotary table, enabling 5-axis simultaneous machining.

VDU650

The X, Y, and Z linear axes achieve a maximum rapid traverse rate of 60 m/min. The rotary table offers two drive options: mechanical transmission or torque motor direct drive. The spindle can be configured as a belt-driven spindle or motorized spindle, with optional tool magazine capacities of 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 tools.
