he VDU-800 is a domestically advanced vertical 5-axis machining center independently developed and manufactured by our company. Equipped with an automatic tool changer and an A/C-axis rotary table, it is ideally suited for machining complex spatial surface components and impellers. Through a single setup, the machine automatically completes multiple operations such as milling, boring, drilling, reaming, and tapping.

VDU800
The X, Y, and Z linear axes utilize backlash-free flexible couplings to connect the ball screws and servo motors, achieving a maximum rapid traverse speed of 60 m/min. The dual-axis rotary table is driven by dual torque motors for high-torque output, while the A and C axes employ rotary encoders for closed-loop control, enabling high-precision angular positioning of the table.
